I always bring Persian original organic rice from north of Iran to Dubai. It is awesome. Today I soak one full cup of cow peas & split peas into the water and cooked for almost 45 minutes.
Then added Persian brawn noddles and rice also salt and pepper with little Saffron. If you are vegan or vegetarian will also enjoy the taste and benefits of this rice combination. Joy of cook- Nastaran Naderi
برنج ایرانی از شهر های شمال ایران و عطر و طعم بی نظیرش. دوست دارم ترکیب های خوبی با برنج از اب در بیارم. این بار هم برنامه روز بدون گوشت بود برام و منم لوبیا چشم بلبلی و لپه رو خیسوندم و پختم. بعد برنج و رشته پلویی رو اضافه کردم و کمی زعفران. خیلی خوشمزه شد . شما هم امتحان کنین و لذتش رو ببرین- نسترن نادری
